Diving days – These are the days spent in the water; including courses, coaching or training. We all dive together.
Rest day (two/three hours dry training) – Two to three hours practicing breathing, breath-holding and equalisation out of the water. Available for all level of freedivers. The rest of the day is all yours to Enjoy Gozo. Rest is essential in freediving due to its physical and mental demands.
Beginners must always start on a rest day to prepare for the following day. We will guide you through breathing, breath-holding and equalisation to get you ready.
Experienced freedivers can either begin on a rest day or diving day whether you are enrolling in a course or coaching program.
